Career opportunities with the Bachelor in Real Estate Management
- Real Estate Management : Managing a real estate pool on the behalf of owners for seasonal or annual rentals. This role also involves managing the developement of new property. A person in this role would have the professionalism to assess the rental costs of a property and bring it into line with market prices.
- Joint Ownership Property Representation : Managing and administrating all properties in a group of real estate which is jointly owned. This role also involves developing the actions of the trustee by effectuating businesses procedures suited to sponsors or a trade union representative of existing joint ownership properties.
- Property Transaction : This role involves researching mandates and organizing all commercial and administrative procedures up until the signing of the contract.
The course is open to all students who have validated 2 years of Higher Education (120 ECTS credits).
The course is also open to students through the Prior Learning and Experience recognition system.
The recruitment process involves a written application and an interview.
